Standard and Express Delivery
We deliver our fragrances to all countries around the world on a signed for international express delivery service as our preferred reliable international delivery service. We offer international standard delivery service on some countries where this service is available.
For International express delivery and other destinations please allow 5 to 7 working days to receive your order. For international standard delivery service, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery on your order.

Free UK standard delivery on all orders.
UK Standard Delivery
All orders dispatched by Standard UK delivery will take up to 3-5 working days to arrive after the order has been dispatched.
If an order passes all our security checks then the order will usually be dispatched within 48 hours. Please make sure you calculate these times accurately to ensure you will receive your order in time for the special occasions.
Our standard delivery price is £2.99. We occasionally offer Free standard delivery promotions or reduced delivery charges via our email communication to our existing customers.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Off-Shore Islands, Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey cost up to £3.99 on standard delivery service and up to £5.99 on express delivery service.
UK Tracked Deliveries
For orders dispatched by Standard UK delivery will take up to 2 working days to arrive after the order has been dispatched. Orders dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked service can take up to 2-3 working days to be delivered.
Throughout the order process you will receive email alerts to update you on the status of your order, please check your spam if these are not being received.
We will make a decision which courier we use based on items ordered and prohibition and restrictions in the domestic post to ensure delivery and speed.
For express tracked delivery a.95 postal charge of £4.95 will be applied.
Next Day UK Deliveries
Orders can be dispatched on a next day special delivery for an additional charge of £6.95. Whilst we endeavour to ensure this we will be the case, the exact time of delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed.
Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) will be processed the same working day or the next working day if the order is placed at the weekend.
Orders placed after 1pm are processed the next working day (this excludes bank holidays).
The next day service will not be available for Saturday delivery. If an order placed on Friday you will receive it on Monday.
Please also allow an extra working day for delivery to UK offshore and Scottish Highlands destinations.
Due to Christmas period and restrictions with postal services next day delivery will not be available until 4th January 2017.
Signed For Deliveries
A signature will be required to confirm receipt of the order. If a signature cannot be obtained the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. You will then be left a calling card for you to arrange re-delivery or collect your parcel within 18 days from the Local depot. Proof of ID will be required. Alternatively if you contact Royal Mail directly to arrange a re-delivery we will no longer be liable for any lost items. If you are unavailable you will be left a calling card informing you that there is a parcel for you. Please note if you need to re-arrange a delivery please contact us.
It will be the responsibility of the customer to track and monitor the progress of your order. If your order it is not received within 14 days from your order dispatch date then please contact us.
We would do our very best to ensure all parcels are dispatched within 3-5 working days. However, we do rely on courier services and due to the high volumes of parcels processed during the Christmas season may experience some delays. Please ensure you track and trace your parcel with Royal Mail from their website:
Any delays caused by courier services are out of our control. However, we will be assisting you throughout the time your order is on transit by communicating with courier to make sure you will receive your order.
From time to time there might be a situation like natural disasters and calamities which can affect the delivery process. We will contact you if your order is delayed due to these reasons.
Royal Mail Next Working Day is not guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive the next working day. If the estimated delivery date passes and you have not received your order please contact Customer Services Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should your package be delivered with any visible signs of damage or tampering please sign the couriers paperwork that the package was received in that condition and retain all packaging until advised by us as this will allow us to make a valid claim if there be any damages or breakages. Should there be any discrepancies in the delivery all packaging and box also should be retained in order to make a valid claim together with photographic evidence where possible. We do always ensure that all packages are dispatched in good condition but some damages do occur during transit but this will help speed up any claims should be any.
All deliveries time scales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of your delivery can not be specified. Orders not received will not be classed as 'missing' by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed. We will therefore be unable to re-dispatched or refund until after this period and a claim has been made with Royal Mail and an investigation is completed. Scentlicious will not be held liable for delivery delays caused by a third party.
